Main Purpose of the Role

As our Brand Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and enhancing our brand identity. We are seeking a creative and strategic thinker who is passionate about fashion and understands the importance of maintaining our brand ethos in every aspect of our business.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Creating, developing and designing assets for use across the brand, including our website, app and other key channels such as social media, email, packaging, merchandise and print on Photoshop in line with our Brand Identity.
  • Handling the management of all brand imagery and assets with the guidance of the Creative Director, including the selection and organisation of all e-commerce and campaign imagery, managing the retouch and transfer of completed assets to the e-commerce team ahead of key dates.
  • Assisting with email content and copy, as well as the creation of visual assets for email with the assistance of the CRM Email Executive.
  • Help in creating and maintaining the brand's visual identity, including logo, colours, typography, and the creation of formalised brand guidelines.
  • Producing high quality artwork to fulfil requirements for brand & marketing materials, including web and app banners, social media assets, print and internal communications.
  • Ensuring all marketing campaigns are delivered in a timely manner and to a high standard while pushing the boundaries on creative visuals.
  • Managing the brand calendar - plotting in key dates for photoshoots, launches, sale periods etc. and taking responsibility for the creation and distribution of all creative assets to meet these key deadlines.
  • Assisting with the arrangement of photoshoots in both pre & post production – organising shoot lists of all required products, assisting the Creative Director with booking arrangements for models, photographers, makeup artists and re-touchers, overseeing interns to pull and prep all necessary products and helping to handle booking, logistics and payment for necessary arrangements.
  • Researching and using your design experience to create campaign concepts and mood boards to be executed in line with key launches and sales periods.
  • Actively contribute to branding/design meetings by brainstorming new and exciting design ideas and concepts, occasionally providing content for presentations to be used in meetings.
  • Ensure all marketing materials are industry compliant, taking responsibility for maintaining the knowledge and understanding requirements across all marketing communications and materials.
  • Research competitors to identify trends in branding and content to influence future concepts
  • and campaigns, presenting these ideas to the Creative Director ahead of key campaign dates.
  • Managing rounds of feedback on assets from the Creative Director, amending visuals as requested.

  • Support the planning and execution of the wider social media strategy across various channels, including but not limited to the design and scheduling of Instagram and LinkedIn content.
  • Developing strategies and organising marketing campaigns across graphics, emails, social and online to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of the brand.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to create compelling and diverse content for web, blog, social media and email.
  • Assist in managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling and monitoring engagement and trends.
  • Coordinate with various PR agencies and assist in managing relations, including drafting press releases, handling media inquiries, PR gifting and organising events.
  • Monitor brand and campaign performance, analysing sales data and preparing reports to evaluate campaign efficacy whilst recommending improvements.
  • Support brand partnerships and collaborations, identifying potential collaborators, managing gifting and potential contracts and co-ordinating joint marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Contributing to enhancing our customer’s experience, providing insight and suggestions for improving brand touch points, from packaging to events and potential cross brand collaborations.

Person Specification:

  • A minimum 1 years’ experience within a similar role.
  • Ideally a degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
  • Extensive ability using Adobe creative suites (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
  • Experience in creating style/brand guidelines and templates where applicable.
  • You must have strong creative skills and a clear understanding of the BOA brand, our market position, aesthetic and competitors.
  • Detailed knowledge of web design, layout, colour, artwork, print and the creation of other digital media assets.
  • A clear understanding of Web, Mobile and Social Media platforms and the differing formats of content required across them.
  • Driven work ethic, taking ownership of your role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, whilst adhering to budgets.
  • Detail oriented, with meticulous organisational and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail – proof reading material.
  • A keen interest in women’s fashion with an eye for premium, luxury branding and aesthetics.
  • Excellent written English and verbal communication skills.
  • An understanding of the logistics behind the scenes of a fashion brand; following relevant Design critical paths, restock dates, launch schedules and sale periods.
  • Experience managing end-to-end brand campaigns is advantageous.
